FVO Club Champs, Tulliallan.
A good course on an ageing map and area - well done Mark!
I ran hard from the start and enjoyed attacking this - but got caught out a few times by brambles - not much and not enough to alter my position behind Will and Dave G. Surprised and smug to be in front of Rog :-)

Fabulous Ceilidh in the evening - over 90 FVO'ers, pot luck supper & BYOB - what a great idea! This was a first time for our kids and they absolutely loved it!

Spent the morning helping Hazel and Fran Loots at the Dunblane Primary Schools Cluster P7 Transition Orienteering event on Laigh Hills. 140 kids getting to try some o in the freezing sunshine :-)

Newton PS Run Club in the afternoon - jogged them down to Holmehill for 4 run loops - 2 of them at pace followed by a hill sprint relay.
As usual when they get the bit between their teeth they work hard. Good to see.
