Compass Sport Cup, Scottish Round. Blue. More like my cup of tea :-) Rough tough and technical (a bit). Could have done with carrying a bit less weight on the hill legs but travelling ok on the rest. 1st!

A really well planned course that got the best out of the area.
I perhaps went a little too cautiously at the start and just had a wobble going back towards 7 but other than that all good.

Beaten by the better man today - Fraser took 2 minutes out of me (his worst split was the run-in - Mr consistent).
