Wanted a road ride but realised Matthew now owns my bike. Vented my frustration down to the Darn (ride all if it, first time ever) and then stuck for ideas at Keir. So, looked up Jamie W's family ride from a few days ago and followed his route through Keir. Awesome track ! Forgot to start my watch again at some point and then ran shirt of time so a cut off for home.

Every day I'm shufflin'
Felt rough (sore throat) but needed to get out. Cleared some of the route through to the pheasant pens then followed Brad's route from Monday (nice bit of wood) and found a new trod once back into the main woods, bonus!
