OHR Virtual Hill Race1: Colsnaur
Ooof! A hot, still evening but I'm running out of time.
Started steady, struggling with the heat, better once beyond the track and into a rhythm. Still too heavy for a top time. 32:51 to top.
Descended like an amateur then stacked it down a pothole. Gorse scratches and nettle stings were the worst of it thankfully. Glad it's over.
