Saturday Feb 9

Run 34:56 [3] 6.71 km (5:12 / km)
ahr:158 max:176 shoes: Asics Gel 1120
Run with dad down to Pender Ln (along the rds) cause it had been raining. Left my shoes (and orthotics) in Jes' car and so ran in my old ones. Muscles around the shins were hurting and in the end decided to walk the last km home not to aggrevate the tendons. Upper body felt tight due to all the food consumed prior to the run.

Thursday Feb 7

mtb 1:14:28 [4] 30.18 km (2:28 / km)
ahr:154 max:184
Since it was heaps wet, did a road ride loop. 26mins (9.7km) down the bumpy Mt Vincent Rd, then 24mins (10.5km )to the roundabout, 5mins (2km) to the lights and 15mins (8km) home. Buggered
Strength & Conditioning 20:00 [3]
Note
Damon wanted to avenge his tennis loss last week, but went down 3-6, 6-3, 6-2. Really buggered after this.

Wednesday Feb 6

Run race (Street-O) 47:07 [4]
shoes: Nike Air Pegasus
At Redhead. Legs felt heavy during short w/u but once i got going they were okay. Think i stuffed the route choice up through the controls in the middle but apart from that was pretty happy that i made it through the 45mins feeling better than i have so far this 'comeback'. Didn't have my watch on and so a bit annoyed to have lost another point due to 7secs over.

Tuesday Feb 5

Strength & Conditioning 20:00 [3]

Monday Feb 4

Run 45:17 [4] 7.83 km (5:47 / km)
ahr:167 max:185 shoes: Nike Air Pegasus
Did an old Street-O run of Metford with Dad and Raleene. Felt good for the first 25min but started dropping off after that and cut a couple of 'out n backs' that they did.
