Planned on riding to Cameron Park and re-doin the course i piked and if the leg didn't feel up to then just ridin around that bush area. Not to be, got a flat on the freeway goin there and cause i hadn't repaired my flat from earlier, this was quite a lengthy stop (i couldn't find the pesky puncture and then i thought i fixed it, but when i pumped it up i discovered there was a hole on the other side. I think on my first attempt i repaired a non existent hole). So i just went straight from there to uni. Yet another stellar session. | ||

Just as i started the ride, a guy decked out in all the cycling gear (arm warmers included..so jealous) pulled out on his road bike, after the customary nod thought i wouldn't be seeing him again...but soon realised i was goin slightly faster than he was. Thought about the easy option of just tailing him, but couldn't supress the killer instinct...it was swift and merciless. Didn't stop pushin till i hit a red light, took a look to see the damage inflicted..a solid 200m. He then went (presumbly ashamed) his seperate way. I carried on, but felt i had accomplished it all now and thus just cruised into uni (some would say it was mainly due to the fact i wasn't feeling that spritely after my momentous 4min effort). | ||

| Went to do a Park-O of Jesmond, however on the warm-up there was a definite pain where i had the tibialis posterior tendonitis. Frustrated and shattered doesn't even begin to describe it. The reason i was doin the park-o was to toughen up, cause i thought i was being too timid and soft on it. Hopefully, it was just a little niggle thing and wont be there next time. I just dont understand what im doing wrong. | ||

Run around Jesmond. Two loops of the grass park area and a small amount of trail stuff to get the time up. A disappointing session...not as long as i wanted. | ||

| Was very limited light left in the day, so decided to do some intervals round the dump. Only managed 1.5 goin hard and then it was just too dark to do it at speed. Cut a small section out of the 2nd loop.
1st - 16.15min 2nd - 15.21min Needs to be done 3 times to be a good session. | ||
