Faaaiiiiiirly happy with this ride...was good for the most part with only a few bits that were slow - a wrong trail choice to 5 took up a lot of time and messin bout at 12. Prolly lost bout 5-7mins. Apart from that, it was really good fun.

Again, on the treadmill. Started slowly but built into it. Lower legs were sore before and after, but not so bad whilst running.

First time on a treadmill - strange. Didn't really feel that comfortable running on it and although told it shouldn't, the leg was startin to hurt toward the end. At least there were tv's, which sure beats the oval.

Ride to uni. Think this may be an Australian Record, although this is yet to be clarified by the officials. Not a record because of good riding, simply because i didn't hav to stop very often for the traffic.
