running (mixed off/on trail) 26:34 [3]
Yahoo! I went running again after 7 days. It was really nice! I felt uncoordinated, but otherwise good. Walked with Marc for 20 minutes before we finally started running. Felt good to get outside!

Friday Sep 3

Note
I made a webpage today, cool huh:-) Its pretty silly but here it is nonetheless: www.geocities.com/sandra_zurcher/SandraOpage.html

have fun....

Wednesday Sep 1

Note
I found out today that I have Mononeuclosis, great huh! But its give a good explanation why I have been feeling so tired and crappy when I train. So, now my plan of action is to rest as much as I can until the world champs! My doctor, who is a former World champion in orienteering said it will still be possible for me to run the races, if I take extra care to rest now. I hope that since I will not beable to go to the limit physically, that I can be technically clean.

I decided not to go to Sweden on Friday as originally planned for the team trianing camp. I will go next week, and rest here at home until then.
