Wednesday Oct 1

running (mixed off/on trail) 1:10:21 [4]
ahr:146 max:190
Hill repeats, 4 x Beach hill (200m long, no idea on climb, get HR up to 190bmp, with flattening section at the end for a good push). Warm up on roads, adventure cool down through woods back towards home on pavement.

September summary: After fatigue, and sickness at the end of August, September was very inconsitant. I wanted to make up lost time in August, but should have looked at it as regeneration period. With school starting, and adjusting to a new schedule, training became inconsistant.

October goals: build base by being more consitant. No speed work (other than tempo runs), but core strength (as in hills, and muscle conditioning). Increased milage as a goal over the next three months, not nessessarly within individual training (although I will intergrate a long run into my weekly training), but rather in frequencey of training. Intergrate Cycling into training again. Stay healthy!! Get good grades!
