Wednesday Mar 31

running (100% trails/roads) 1:10:38 [4]
ahr:153 max:189
20' warm up + intervals (2' 3' 4' 4' 3' 2' with 90 sec rest) + 20' cool down. Felt slow on warm up, but then felt good for the intervals, sometimes it peps me up to run hard! I think I am recovering from the fatigue I have felt since Saturday. wahoo!!
gym workout 1:00:25 [3]
ahr:136 max:156
gymworkout, biking, ellipical, stair stepper. Still feel this nagging fatigue. I have decided to take the next two days completely off (ah, scary) and see if I can recover. May do some more recovery next week, instead of the "high hours" week. I guess I just have to see how I am doing this weekend!

Tuesday Mar 30

cycling 1:01:25 [2]
ahr:141 max:157
I felt fatigued but wanted to do a training, so I just rode the bike indoors and read a book. Kept my heart rate between 140-160 bpm and zoned out. A character in my book died:-(

Thursday Mar 25

running (100% trails/roads) 41:22 [2]

I didn't eat enough earlier in the day, and had planned to do intervals. My stomach cramped up while I was warming up, and then eventually also my calf. My body basically rejected my run, and I jogged home. Mad at myself for not planning the day better!
