| Orienteering meet at Rocky woods, MA. A very nice course but pretty rough running. I had stomach issues during the whole day, and my orienteering was sloppy and jerky.
Thought I had taken splits at all controls, but ended up taking them only a few times, opps. Total time was 65' for 5.5km (includes map draw:-)) |

| I didn't eat enough earlier in the day, and had planned to do intervals. My stomach cramped up while I was warming up, and then eventually also my calf. My body basically rejected my run, and I jogged home. Mad at myself for not planning the day better! |
