| Marc and I started running at 9pm! We still had some daylight, but pretty soon I had to turn on my Petzl e+lite (thanks erin!). Marc towed me for about 15 minute with our WeGO Team Link (thanks eric!) this was a lot of fun. | ||

| After a few work things in the morning, I got a chance to go running before lunch and then heading home (6 hour train ride). Ran on the same path as yesterday towards Lucarno. I felt really good today, felt like I could run normally. Wahoo.
