Sunday Nov 4

running 33:46 [1]5.8 km (5:49 / km) +138m 5:12 / km
ahr:160 max:178
Same loop as yesterday. I felt like I was moving a lot better today, only a little faster though. I am happy that my body feels somewhat normal when running, after 3 weeks of nothing I was worried that starting again will be tough. Plan is to run twice tomorrow for about 30 minutes. Then run for an hour on Tuesday and again on Wednesday. Should be a reasonable build-up. On Thursday I am off to Karlstad for a O-technique training camp, hope that my body won't have too hard of a time with the increase in training.

running 34:06 [2]5.8 km (5:53 / km) +138m 5:15 / km

It felt so good to go running, even if it didn't feel that great while running, being outside, enjoying the sun and the fresh air and feeling my body work and move again, that felt good. I feel like I cleaned my blood through with new oxygen.

Note
(sick)
I am going nuts, I have been sick since Monday and stuck at home. Ugg. I wanted to start running a little again this week but instead I'm stuck in bed totally bored out of my mind. I'm starting to feel better now, but it will still be a few days until I can start to run again.
C • I thought you just got over ... 3
