| An adventurous night run. The weather was wild, a strong wind and annoying horizontal rain. I saw 5 pairs of eyes, one night-o control (!) and some flying branches. I thought to myself, if a branch hits me in the head and knocks me out, at least Marc knows I went running and how long I wanted to go. After a few hours he would probably come looking for me and my chances of surviving were still high. So I decided the weather wasn't bad enough to turn around. |

| Went to Interlaken to help my mom decorate the hotel for Christmas. It was a lot of fun. We got to decorate a huge (15 feet) tree. My mom got all the way up to the top on the ladder. Very impressive.
Afterward I went for a lovely run around the Interlaken area. |

| I decided the training that Boris did yesterday evening sounded like a good idea so I did that tonight. I had planned to do intervals on the track, but Marc advised me against that, since we had done a lot of jumping yesterday, he was worried it was be too much impact two days in a row. I was fine with the idea of intervals on trails, and the training from OK Linné seemed really good. I did 6 x (4 min on, 2 min off, 1 min on, 1 min off), I thought I would do the 6th in spirit with Boris together, since he had to do it all alone yesterday.
Btw Boris and Patrik, on my way home, on a dark dirt road away from civilization an old Chevy drove by. For some reason, I suddenly thought about the movie 'Death Proof' and felt very alone and isolated. I hate you guys for making me watch that awful movie ;-) I should have left the room. Horror films are the worst.

| Thursday strength training with Marc. I wasn't really looking forward to this training since I hadn't sleep enough last night and felt really tired. But it turned out to be really good and I am glad we did it. |

| I had some sort of pain in my knee on Sunday and on Monday it was so swollen that I couldn't bend it. I think the strength training I did last week (especially two days in a row) was a little too much all at once. I decided to take two days off and it's all better now. |
