T25 has a stretching workout and I did this to try to get my body moving again. Now that Marc and I have good meds to calm our cough, we may actually start getting some sleep and can start up on getting exercise. Eventually getting exercise may turn into actually training. I wanted to run the course de Pavés, but it doesn't make much sense now. What could be my next goal? Maybe a cross country ski race (classic form) or a vertical ski mountaineering race? We are supposed to get our first snow this coming weekend. For next year, my biggest goal is to run and enjoy DE at the SOW. I would actually like to run DE all year long. We will see if I start already in the spring. The calendar for next year is not as exciting as it was this year. I want to spice it up with something, but I am not sure what. I am tempted to make an ANCO Team to go to Tiomila (need 4 girls, right?) or to go somewhere warm for orienteering February, but the POM doesn't interest me as much as it would if it was on the coast. Anyone know of something else? I am sure Marc will add some spice with his running schedule, but we have not gotten around to planning anything. Tonight our goal is to write all of the Thank you cards waiting to be sent from Lena's birth. Just 8 months later...
Btw, Marc has been nominated as sportsman of the year in Canton Neuchatel. Give him his vote (or Baptiste, whatever you prefer) and don't forget to vote in the junior category where Pascal and Florence Buchs are nominated. Both are athletes in the team I coach! Too bad you have to choose, they both deserve it!
