Went out for a longer run today, hoping my knee would be fine. It seemed to be ok and as the run went on, I felt better and better. When I got home, I started cooking instead of showering right away and I guess the patella tendon got cold. It became very painful to bend my knee and unfortunately continues to hurt since then. Not sure what to do now. It's an old injury and I agitated it at some point. Should I take some time off running or keep pushing through with small runs that don't bother it?. Don't know.

Tuesday night training with the juniors. This was my attempt to do intervals with them, but my knee starts to hurt the moment I try to run fast. They did 3x 2km, I only did 1x 2km and the 2x 3min (with the girls). I am impressed with Sophie! She is really getting fast. Nice to see!
