My first time running in ages and it felt so bad! Totally uncoordinated feeling plus pain in my left foot to the point that I was limping at the end. Ahh. Will have to wear the boot at night a few nights this week. Glad I got out though, made me feel more human after a day of packing stuff and some stomach issues.

Yuppie! Skiing. It's been two weeks since my last cardiovascular workout and with 6 days of the flu in between, so I obviously felt a bit off. I am just happy to get some fresh air and see the sun:-)
This class is 1h30min long, which feels long. The end is relaxation, but most of it is work. I realise how much work it is when I don't go regularly. You do get much stronger at holding the poses etc if you do it regularly. Sara is great and I really like her classes.
Getting back on my feet, this felt really good, could have done longer but I didn't have time. Nice to start to feel good again, even if I am still tired and coughing. The kids have been sick this week, so it's not the easiest time of our lives, but it will also pass. Looking forward to February. Lots of excitement:-)
