First time running in a week and my foot is only a little bit better. It started hurting after 15 mins and my calf is a mess. Not sure what my course of action should be, so I am concentrating on packing boxes. Our house is almost done:-))))

Setting controls for this evening training, I had to decide to just walk because my foot is getting really bad, so I am taking a few days off of running. Walking in this terrain is a bit frustrating, because the woods are rough is certain spots and I feel like when you are only walking it pushes you around much more than when you run through it. It was about 1°C with fog and raining. Nice.
