Core strength exercises, my foot is doing really well. No swelling, basically no pain and I can walk without crutches totally normally. The doctor said I can do core strength if I am not in pain. They didn't fix anything in my foot that now could break if I put weight on it or move it wrong, so I am basically just supposed to make sure that the wounds heal well and that it doesn't swell because I was standing or walking too much.
