I did a T25 video including the 3 min of yoga at the end and then 5 min of rowing, but the rowing bothered my foot, so I stopped. Otherwise feeling good.

I am going to start logging walking... just because I am bored and desperate to start exercising again. My foot is doing great, no swelling and basically no pain. Had my first physio appointment today and then walked home from there. It seems like most people feel that it would be most reasonable to wait for my x-ray and check-up appointment with the surgeon on the 26th of September before attempting to run. Might follow the advice... At least I can start doing some indoor biking next week. Yippee. I'm such an exercise junky.
