We arrived here in Ticino for the EOC yesterday. This afternoon there is the sprint final, but we had some time in the morning to go out. I took several days off this week to help my left achilles heal a bit and it seemed to help. It felt amazing to go run after so many easy days. I really enjoyed the whole run. Ran all the way down to the lake to meet ChloƩ who was taking care of Lena and the Hamels who were doing a sprint training in town.

Running the course of the Tour de Canton before the actual race to be on top of the hill before Marc and Pascal. The plan was to continue once they past by to another stop, but I got so cold that I chose to go with Pascal's dad who was taking pictures and was up there with his car. When down to the finish with him too... it was too cold and I could see Marc and Pascal in the finish with a ride.

Running some of the training and picking up controls. Searched for 1 and 4 pretty long time. Le Communal is harder than it looks.
My achilles tendon is not getting better. Not sure if I should run the 10km race tomorrow evening.
