(Wo)man down.... spent the last 24 hours in bed... but things are getting better. Must have caught a strange virus, with a very strong headache and sinus pain that made me throw up and I couldn't move my head (or body) for about 20h without excruciating pain. Things started to get better last night and today I am up and about, but not much energy and doing everything slower than normal.
