First MTB outing. It is really lovely weather right now, but I underestimated the chilliness of the wind. My feet and hand got pretty cold by the en of this tour. It was a good choice in terms of climb etc for the first time out. My knees started to get sore by the end, but it wasn't too much.

This week has been rough. Hope to regain some energy for life next week...

Spent two hours gardening, I could do it all day, if I had time. It's something I really enjoy!

Orienteering (setting controls) 1:25:00 [1]

Setting controls at a really slow pace. I felt fine muscularly, but my energy levels are really low this week. The sore throat I felt Sunday morning developed into a cold this week and I am coughing, so I am not moving very quickly. Also forgot all possible timing devices, but I know how long I was out for because I had to have the controls set by 14:30 and I only just made it in time.

hiking 20:00 [1] 2.0 km (10:00 / km)

Hiking/running back and forth to the start of the night-O training. This isn't training, but I certainly felt it because I am struggling with my toes and my cold. I like to document these things because later it reminds me what this week was like and I have a picture of this period during the year. Attackpoint is really where i document my life, not anymore only so much for "training log" purposes.

e-biking with chariot 30:00 [1]

E-biking to the training and then with the athletes while they did their intervalles. This was really not a workout, but I just wanted to document how I managed to coach the kids when not able to run. I got cold during this, should have taken a normal bike so I would have had to work a bit and stay warm.

Biking while Ines did her strength training. I wouldn't have been able to lift weights after the race, but I surprisingly not *that* sore either.
