Intervals with my juniors. First a warm-up, then some sprints, jump roping and hurdles for hip mobility. Afterwards, 4 x 4min with 3min break. I felt strong and fast (felt faster than usual), which made this one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a long time running. Wouldn't be great if we always felt strong and fast (no matter what speed we're running), that just turn around your day, no?
