Running around Lost Lake as fast as I can. Warmed up for about 6min and peed, then I started pushing. Thought it would be fun to see if I could find a rhyme. This felt hard. Marc did this before I did and he race around in 20min flat and he went a bit further than me, so that it was exactly 5km. I stopped at the lodge where the kids were with Opa to eat an ice cream. Seemed like a reasonable decision.

Mt. Biking in Hood River. Papi showed us his favorite loop. 28km of technical mountain biking was an experience for me. My legs were jello afterwards.

Jogging with Marc to shake off the jet-lag. Hood river is such a sweet little town. Nice to explore it a bit by foot as well.

Still packing and cleaning and organizing and printing and everything else you have to do when you leave your house for 2.5 weeks. So no running today. Can't wait to get to Portland tomorrow night and start our adventure!
