Traveling home went really well. Everyone slept on the flight from Denver to Iceland and then Lena also took a nap on the flight to Zürich. By the time we were in Neuchatel, we were all very tired and falling asleep was no problem. Too bad Lena work up at 2:30am and didn't fall back asleep until 5am. Marc read her stories and ate cereal with her. What a nice dad. We all (kids a bit longer) slept until 10am. Hope tonight will go without interruption...

Running from the end of Turquoise Lake to Tennessee Pass on the Colorado trail. Crossed about 25 hikes going the other direction. I totally bonked on the last 4km and was hardly moving anymore. Again the altitude really kicked my butt. This was harder than I expected it to be.

"Ran" up Sheep Mountain before breakfast from our campsite. It was wicked hard to get going and I almost turned around. The altitude makes it hard to move. After getting above tree-line I started to feel better and I am glad I got all the way to the top, it was 3900m high! It was fun:-)
