We traveled to Zinal on Friday and eventhough we were there earlier than norrmal, there was not enough time for me to go running. Plus my toes hurt so much. Today, I decided to go on a tour, but my plan was to walk up the hill and then do a short trip back down. Once I got going it was so beautiful and I was enjoying it so much that I kept going. My toes felt great once I got warmed up. The taping that the therapist did on Thursday helps a bunch. I really enjoyed being out on an adventure and I took my time whenever I felt like it.

With Matti and Lena, I decided to go visit Nonni in Gstaad and take part in E4 of the SOW. It was fun to go up there and also to orienteer, but I orienteered pretty badly and it was horrible for my big toes which hurt a lot afterwards and the next days.
