Alors, I went to the Moléson mountain near Bulle, FR. A mountain we see from our house in Neuchatel but neither Marc nor I have ever been on. It was a nice adventure, but I didn't have the best day physically. Totally crashed in the evening. Opps.

Some strength training while the kids are at their sports camp this week. They were gone from 9am to 4:30pm every day this week, you would think I would have had a lot of time to get everything possible done... but some how the days flew by... If I get the most important things done by Thursday, I will go on an adventurous run on Friday since I rarely have so much liberty during the week.

Sierre-Zinal is always exhausting, even if you don't run yourself. And somehow I am having trouble getting out the door every day. Luckily I need to have a meeting with Florence, so we went running together to discuss the next steps in her training. I was invited at their house afterwards for dinner. it was fun:-)
