Really challenging orienteering in the valley of Kandersteg. I don't think I have ever had so long for such a short course.

My toes were very painful. No fun to run with so much pain. I had to walk back from the finish and I was cringing when barefoot all day. Kind of getting sick of having this problem. Takes away the fun.
