A nice run after not being able to do anything for a few days. My training is depressing. I want to do more, especially now before my operation, but I can't find the time. Plus I am in pain, so my motivation to run is low.

Setting controls. Oh man, do my big toe joints hurt in the forest. I will have to stop orienteering until after I have recovered from my surgery. I literally hurt my left toe joint twice badly with a false movement.
