ahr:136 max:165

Clipped Marc's biking shoes on the stationary bike and just cinched them down on my feet, worked perfectly!
This felt good and feet didn't react at all. My incisions are finally healing up. I can't wait for them to be completely closed!

indoor bike (hometrainer) 15:00 [1]

Got the "go" on doing some indoor biking, but this wasn't as nice as I had hoped for it to be. I could hardly get my feet into my Nike frees and then once in they were uncomfortably tight. Then I couldn't push hard enough on the pedals to work up a sweat which I desperately need (I am sweating from my arm-pits way more than normal because my body is off balance from all this sitting around) So no relief there either. Bummer.
At least I can shower normally now, so I will take my first shower in 19 days standing up and where my feet get wet:-)

Monday Jan 27 #

strength 22:00 [1]

Core strength. Had a bit of a set back since my last workout. I had to keep the stitches in for 16 days, which is long. My right side got a bit infected the last 2 days and when Marc took out the stitches, they were pretty overgrown. The infection has taken a few days to heal and I had to spend Sunday on the couch. I watched a lot of tv :-)

Now, tried some core strength. Feet started pulsating quickly, so I kept it short.
