Pulling Lena to ski school first and then I planned to "go to a hike", but considering that before this week I haven't walked more than a few hundred meters at once for the last 4 weeks, I shouldn't have been surprised that after 20min something started to hurt. I guess it's the joint capsule (right side) which was cut open to allow more joint range of motion, but is still healing. I started limping, so I abandoned my plan, walked up to the bus and took it the the local café. Had a 2nd breakfast and am working on my computer now;-)> I will keep trying, but I have to be patient...

I went to the Hard Rock Hotel in Davos to check out there gym because another hotel who has a gym advertised on their webpage wouldn't let me in and said that there you can pay to get in. Only 20CHF this time, but opps, they had no bike... for a moment I was frustrated, but then I realised that the elliptical could probably work as well and it it! It was a much better workout than the bike actually.
And afterwards I did a good strength workout too. Worked hard and it felt good.
