A long walk to see how my toes would react. I feel like I can really start to run again, but walking for more than an hour seemed like a good way to test them as well. Plus I got in a little more exercise, time in the forest and time for me, then if I went to run 2 x 10mins...

3 x 5min running with walking in the beginning, end and in between. The toe feels better than before, certainly more flexition, don't know how much I can do though, so being cautious for a week - 10 days...
