My "tennis-elbow" which I assumed developed because of MTB biking and then an added stress like gardening, so something has gotten worse and worse for the last 2.5 weeks. Now it's so bad that I can't do much with my right hang without it hurting and getting a bit worse. It's the reason why I am not mtb biking, which is sad. I really like it. My physio is trying to help. Hope to find some relief soon.

I actually orienteered! This was mostly walking or better said stumbling in the forest, but I jogged when I could and I found some controls. I am really happy to start orienteering again:-)
