We're on vacation in Silvaplana :-) but I have a strong cold and the weather isn't great. We decided to go on a hike even thought it was raining a bit. The kids enjoying how much water there was flowing in the waterfall. There was a bit storm yesterday and this side of the alps got lots and lots of rain.
On the way home we stopped at a café and had some cakes and café/tea/ hot chocolates.

Note
(sick)

Now I'm getting sick, so I guess I won't be running for a few days, which is probably better to let my foot rest after the cortisone shot..

Tuesday Sep 29 #

6 PM

hiking 30:12 [1] 2.34 km (12:54 / km) +41m 11:51 / km
ahr:103 max:150

Walking during the O training and watching in the forest for a while. I guess this made sense instead of running.

Monday Sep 28 #

yoga 1:00:00 [1]

Finally went back to yoga... but my forearm still hurt afterwards. Sigh.
4 PM

running 23:38 intensity: (25 @0) + (5:26 @1) + (3:25 @2) + (12:06 @3) + (2:16 @4) 3.4 km (6:57 / km) +59m 6:24 / km
ahr:158 max:181

Quick little run to see how the foot feels. Feels good, but I should be careful not to do too much too soon, even though I am super anxious to do more... next week we are on vacation in the Engadin, I am sad that I won't be able to kill myself with some long runs, etc. I am certain I will do some longer things, but I guess I have to be somewhat reasonable.
