Lena and I went to go visit Ines Merz and while the kids were playing in the forest and riding bikes, I snuck off for a small run. I had very heavy legs, it felt pretty bad the whole way and I had to use my phone to know where to go, so I was super slow. Hope my form will come back soon. Running like this is not that much fun... But I am certain if I do some regular running, things will improve quickly!
