Friday Jan 29 #

strength 40:00 [1]

Physio exercises for my arms, some core and leg work too.

Wednesday Jan 27 #

2 PM

skate skiing 49:02 [2] 8.51 km (5:46 / km) +134m 5:21 / km

A short tour in ice-spitting rain... couldn't see a thing because my glasses keep freezing over :-)> I had to hurry to my physio appointment afterwards, so not much time, but it wasn't the best conditions for xc skiing anyway. The kids did fine though, I guess being with other kids and doing xc skiing exercises and games really makes the weather irrelevant!

Tuesday Jan 26 #

6 PM

running intervals 59:46 intensity: (30:46 @2) + (4:00 @3) + (25:00 @4) 6.13 km (9:45 / km) +248m 8:06 / km

Running the intervalles I planned for my juniors alone at the end of the training. It took a lot of motivation to get out of the car into the cold night and do this all by myself. But I wanted to see what I had made the others do. The situation is for training is different now, we can only be 5 together at a time, so I make groups of 5 athletes and give them a map with the training on it. They go off and then the next group comes. It's frustrating not to be able to have a big group and many of my athletes are not coming to practice anymore. This pandemic is getting old.
