Celebrating my 40th birthday and then our 10 years of marriage meant eating a drinking more than usual. This run was a good detox moment :-) We started off with the kids biking, and then I had to hurry home, because I was going out again with my friends (going out, means having a picnic in the vineyards and eating at a friends house, since all the restaurants are closed... )

Birthday skate ski with Marc. He took this morning off and made me 40th birthday unforgettable! It was so amazing everything he did for me today. I am very lucky! And I am feeling good to be 40 :-)

An epic scavenger hunt that Marc organised for my birthday. I had to call people to find out the coordinates of my next control, and at each control I found a new phone number. I got to talk to 25 lovely friends and family from all over the world. What a monster organisational plan that Marc did, with time differences, people at work and timing so that who I was calling was close to the phone. It was so cool to call and not know who will pick up next. I had so much fun and really loved talking to all these friends and family. 2.5h of running for 2-5min, talking for 3min, and continuing. It was exhausting, but worth it. The last coordinates sent me to our neighbours house where we had a lovely dinner. What a day!! Couldn't be happier.

Intervalles with my juniors. I am finally feeling better after a long cold. So glad it wasn't Covid! Lots of people in our neighborhood have gotten it recently.

I've never done the stairs in Peseux and man oh man was it harder than I expected. Started out pretty much cold too, so my lungs were burning for a lot time after the first climb. Nice to work hard again for the first time in months.
