Orienteering with Lena, Matti and Marc. We all went to the start together, then Lena and I did her course the two of us, we caught Matti and Marc, because Matti was doing the map reading by himself (Lena didn't even carry the map;-)), so we tried to race them, but Lena's motivation to run for more than 1min at a time limited her chances to catch Matti. It was fun and we all really enjoyed being in the forest together:-)

Probably spend another 2 hours today, on and off, kept getting interrupted but also I am sore from yesterday. Gardening, then strength workout. I can already move my body.

Used Intsagram to give me some ideas (people do crazy things out there, but there are so nice ideas for strength training as well). Lena thought it was fun to watch me and she started coaching me as well, telling me the women on the video is doing it and correcting me :-)>

Running with Fabienne. I rarely run alone anymore, just can't find the motivation to do that. I am hopping that if I get into a bit better shape that I will enjoy running alone again. I used to only want to do that. Funny huh.

Running with Natasha this morning. She talked me into going. I have a lot to do, but I wouldn't have run if I didn't go with her, so it was good that I did it.

I have been feeling really out of shape lately and not much motivation to do what would be necessary to get back into shape. Strange for me. I usually love to "train".
