The usual strength training with some intense bits in there. Felt energic and strong. I am really starting to like these workouts.

running 52:06 [3] 8.5 km (6:08 / km) +150m 5:38 / km

Ran for 20min to warm up and then did 10x1min fartlek with 1min jogging in between. It felt good and I really enjoyed the faster running bits, especially at the end.

Another 2 hours in the garden; this is basically strength training. I do a lot of shovelling, moving the earth around and lost of squats, going up and down the from ground. Each time I am so sweaty and dirty that I have to take a shower afterwards.

Some major gardening work today. Spent about 4 hours in the garden. I needed a mental break from my job, the stress of the last month was really getting to me and i am so behind on things at home that I wasn't enjoying my free moments anymore. Taking care of the garden, unpacking from the weekend, putting away laundry and cleaning up the house really help me feel better.
