We showed the athletes how to aqua-jog and I did 20 minutes with them, but my leg hurt during it, so I stopped.

We had a regional team weekend up at my dad's vacation apartment in Beatenberg. Thanks Dad! We forgot to bring a cable with for the projector, so while the other went on a long run in the region up there, I took the bus down to Interlaken to by the cable and then hiked back up. Tried to keep the speed pretty high and my heart rate felt pretty high and I was sweating. It was a good workout for me right now.

My injury has however taken a turn for the worse. The stomach muscle is not hurting any more that much, but my hip flexor muscle at the attachment at the hip, plus my abductors have gotten painful again. I am pretty discouraged and don't know what to do next.

Quick bike in between stuff in a busy day. Had my first fitting for my wedding dress. It still fits! Thank goodness.

This was almost all running! Only about 5 minutes of walking in there. We have gotten about 3 really big snow storms in the last 10 days and we have wicked amounts of snow... but today it started raining. OMG talk about slush city. Made running particularly tricky.

Hoped on the home-training directly after running. Wanted to get some longer endurance in than 30 minutes. I am really hoping to build and actually get back into shape. I have a long ways to go.

Walking home from Marc's parents after Santa Claus came by there. Nice day with the family (6 kids having fun always makes you smile!). It's snowing again. We have SO much snow, it's amazing!

Did my physio exercises and then this video that my physio gave me. Wow, it was tough! I have will sore stomach muscles tomorrow!
