Went to a sports-doctor check-up. Apparently, I am very well trained and very talented, but a bit tired. Te part about tiredness I already knew and thats why I have taken it very easily last weeks. vo2max was 69.0, which is quite good.

Again, tasted some czech beer and absinthe and beer and more beer last night, went to sleep after 1am. Felt great racing. 28th, + 23 minutes, went up 5 places in total standings.

As you can see from my pulse, I was exhausted from the previous days of competition. That kept my speed low and head clear. The first 8k of the course were quite clean orienteering for me, then I made a mistake in long swamp leg with no attackpoint for a minute or so. Some small mistakes after that until the public control, after that there was a 4 minute loop which took me 6 minutes because of two mistakes caused by fatigue. Just drifted off my bearing on two 1-minute legs. +11.25 to the winner.

Sprint race in the evening. Lots of problems with it - the legend was not accurate. There were problems with the legend showing one thing and the reality being totally different. Legs were sore and slow. +1.32 behind the leader.
