5X1000m with 16min rest inbetween
roxanne and i cut it down to 13m rest because it was taking forever and i don't think it affected my times.
1st: 3:48

Kindof cold & my right leg was really tight...but the workout itself wasn't bad.
800 @ tempo [2:58] -supposed to hit: 3:05

5X200m [34, 35,35,35,36] supposed to hit 34
1X300m [58] supposed to hit 60

obvioiusly my 200s were a little slow...but its been awhile since I've run those and my leg was tightening up during those...I think it will be much better once I get the hang of it.
