| The next month or so was logged afterwards since I didn't have internet access for a month. I was also walking about 4 miles a day because walking was my main mode of transportation for that month. |

| I jogged 7 minutes, then picked up the pace for 3 minutes - times 3
then i jogged for a couple minutes then ran faster a couple minutes to get back home
during the time when i was jogging, i brought a map to work on reading maps while running and i picked route choices between the points on the map |
