Friday Dec 7

Note
I have a fever of 102.4. I'm staying home today and sleeping a lot.

Thursday Dec 6

Note
My foot's still feeling a little off, so I've taken this week off from running as well (except for soccer). I'm hoping by next week, I'll be able to go on long runs after school with people. I'm trying to think of this as a winter training break (sort of). I also feel like I'm coming down with a cold, so we'll see.

Wednesday Dec 5

Tournament game against the Jaguars. We won 2-0, which was exciting since from today on, if we lose, we're out.

Monday Dec 3

soccer 1:30:00 [3]

Second game of the city tournament. We tied the Lightning 1-1, though we scored a goal right as the ref called time and refs aren't supposed to end the game when a team's in a scoring position, so we should have won. We then lost the shoot-out. And the weather even kind of cooperated for us. My foot wasn't hurting, but it still felt a little strange.

Sunday Dec 2

Note
I'm taking another day off because my foot is feeling a lot better, but I want it to stay that way.
On a random note, I started keeping track of distances I was running on a white board in my room on June 2 (I didn't realize all the cool stuff about attackpoint at that time), and in the past 6 months, I've run 407 miles (not including while orienteering or playing soccer or anything besides just going for a run). 228 of those miles were during cross country season (from the first day of practice to training with the team before state- 8/20/07-10/31/07).

(I just mentioned this in a note so I can finally erase the white board without losing the numbers.)
