Orienteering 23:25 [3] 4.2 km (5:35 / km)
shoes: Asics
WIOL #4. I didn't make any navigational errors. I felt like I was running kind of slow since I haven't run that much recently, but it was obviously fast enough. I can't wait for splits to be posted.
C • Great run! 3

Last soccer game with the Cheetahs. This was the city finals for U19 rec soccer. We tied the Ligers 0-0 and then won in a shootout because of Holly's amazing shot (she was the 6th person to shoot). I had to leave the game about 10 minutes before it was over for a stupid college interview, and I really wish I could have been there the entire time, but it turned out well.
C • College interviews... 2

Friday Dec 14

Running 29:00 [3] 3.0 mi (9:39 / mi)
A run around Haller Lake with Holly, Drew, and Max. We brought along Teanaway maps from the Goat/Kid in '06, so we practiced choosing routes.

Thursday Dec 13

Running 43:00 [3] 5.0 mi (8:36 / mi)
shoes: Asics
I ran through the graveyard with Holly, Drew, and William. It was so exciting to finally go on a run again! :-)
Strength 5:00 [3]
planks and push-ups. William helped motivate me to actually do something after the run instead of just going straight home to do homework.

Tuesday Dec 11

soccer 1:25:00 [3]
shoes: cleats
We tied the lightning 0-0, but we won the shoot-out. I'm so excited for the finals on Saturday! :-)
C • Yeah! 2

Sunday Dec 9

soccer 1:10:00 [3]
shoes: cleats
We beat the Steelheads 1-0. And I am feeling a lot better, though still not completely well. I obviously wasn't about to not play, but i did at least get subbed a few times. Of course I tired quicker than normal, and I was colder than I normally am while exercising too. It was still a pretty fun game, and although the other team was really pushy, I'm just glad they weren't as good as some other teams, so I didn't have to run as much as normal.
