Zwift - Richmond. One lap of the UCI WC course before long up for my first virtual race. In hindsight I rode this warm up way too hard.

Zwift - Richmond WBR 3 lap Hilly Race. It said this was a 2 lap 32 lap race so I pulled out after two laps as that's all I had time for. Started with 12 starters which was quickly whittled down to 5 and then 4 at the front. There was one A grade rider who was clearly stronger than the rest but I felt next strongest, particularly on the climbs. Having said that I was absolutely spent by the time I withdrew as my HR indicated with an average of 168 bpm for the event. Good fun and good training though!

Zwift - Richmond. Did a lap and a bit before lining up for my first virtual group ride - the ODZ Friday EBB with over 100 riders. It was a very easy roll around with a 15 sec sprint at the sprint point on each of the six laps. Last 1k was a sprint to the finish which I tried but got cleaned up! 10.30pm finish then straight to bed.

I was stopped at the start of my ride by a random with a few teeth missing on a homemade motor bike type thing who had a flat tyre on seriously bald tyres. He borrowed my road tyre pump which was useless but kept trying anyway... Apparently he lost his license recently for drink driving for FOUR YEARS!!! Alcohol sucks according to him. Good ride otherwise.

Jake didn't want to miss out on the fire station excitement so I ran along beside him while he rode his bike. Unfortunately it was all shut up leaving one very disappointed four year old...
