In the garage on the Wahoo Fitness app which controls and holds watts perfectly. Did 2 x 20 min tempo efforts (with 3 mins recovery between) at 205 watts. Legs were quite tired by the end! The app said I did 54kms but I think that's a bit of a stretch...

AJ Sprint AR with David C are Lysterfield. Always in the top 3 and leading with only a couple of CPs to go before overshooting a turnoff. Whoops. Jarad and the leading men's team snuck in front. We caught the leading men's team but ran out of distance to topple Jarad missing out by 20 seconds. Disappointing but very happy otherwise. Very fun morning.
