Run in the Dandenongs with Dave, Josh and Wal. Started at Josh's place, headed up Old Coach Rd, up Deer Hill, across the Hurdy Gurdy, up Fenceline Tk all the way to the top (parallel with the Scar) down Ch 10 Tk to the road, then dropped into Olinda for a choc jam donut for breaky. Along the side of the road to Sassafrass, then down the Sassafrass Creek Trail, up to Kallista, across to Grant's Picnic Area then down to Belgrave. Ran the bike track to Upper Gully then did the normal riding loop through Upper Gully. Back to the 1000 stairs, up them, then down Tyson and Outlook Tks to the top of Josh's house for a quick (30 mins!) transition to the bikes. Ran all bar the un-runnable up hills. Felt really good for it all - around 43 kms.

Rode bike tracks home from Josh's place. Felt strong considering the big morning. Good to loosen the legs after the run also.
