Borrowed Jodie's bike to ride with the kiddies seat on the back to take Jarrah. Josh came over and rode with Kirra on the back of his bike. Dave was doing it easy solo. Rode bike tracks to an awesome playground out the back of Edithvale. Rode back the same way. Despite Josh's lack of fitness and carrying 10kgs more than me he still easily has me covered!

Dave drove the car and his ski to Kerford Road to do a downwind paddle. Someone had to do the hard work and get the car so punched into a headwind to Port Melbourne. Would have been good to ride back. Not long after I got home Dave called from his ski, he'd snapped a rudder cable and needed to be picked up. Good excuse for a new ski.

Lap of Patterson River and canals with Dave on his ocean ski. About half way a cold front came through and with it a fair amount of rain. It felt about 10 degrees with the wind chill. I think this is the first exercise I've done in the rain since a ride July last year.

Bike tracks to Dandenong and back. Training bike still in the back of the car from the weekend at Dave's work so good excuse to get on the nice bike again.
