Rode out to the rear side of Mt Eliza via Oliver's Hill and Humphries Rd. Did 1 x rep of Mountain Av, Humphries Rd and Two Bays Rd, then did the 3 reps again. Did the Two Bays Rd reps VERY hard in a gear which was way to big for the hill. Felt okay though, and managed to avoid most of the rain bar a light shower. Could see my breath the whole ride.

Foreshore Track to Frankston then back on the Kanonook Creek Trail. Right shoulder still a bit sore from when the ground jumped up and hit me about a week ago. Seems to start hurting about 50 minutes in whilst running. Hopefully it'll disappear soon.

Watched last night's tour stage on the wind trainer. Turned the wind trainer up to resistance 2 from the start, and got into the big chain ring over the stage's final climb - I hadn't realised how long it'd take them!

Kanonook Creek Trail to Frankston and back on the Foreshore Track. No soreness from Saturday.

Was pleased to see we finished 3rd place (1st mixed) overall for Saturday's Rogaine. Maybe I should take charge of the map more often ...
